Upcoming events

I am routinely offering workshops and therapeutic groups. I encourage you to check back periodically for an updated list. 

Upcoming events include a Mindfulness 101 workshop, where we will start from basic definitions, and move through the variety of different forms of mindfulness, and end with practical experience in applying this age-old concept to our lives.

I will also be putting together a skills group for managing depression and anxiety. Again, we will be looking at the latest research and application of mindfulness techniques in finding more balance and joy in our lives.
